Prevent Heart Attack Without Medication

A heart attack can be caused by a variety of factors.
It may be due to pathologic causes like conduction defects, vascular issues, and muscular weakness.
Neurologic causes like cranial nerve damage, stress, and shock are some of the more common causes.
The most common causes arise from an altered lifestyle and the abuse of drugs.
In the western world, heart attack rates are directly proportional to the BMI of individuals. But in India, people with a low BMI are also dying due to heart attacks.
Risk factors like malnutrition, smoking, a highly stressed life, and a sedentary lifestyle also contribute to the high surge of deaths due to cardiac arrest.
The first step to freedom is to know the language of your body.
Eat only when you are hungry. Drink when you feel thirsty. One man’s food is another man’s poison.
Select your food carefully.

Realize that you can’t take anything from this world that you gather when you die. Death is inevitable and unpredictable.

Avoid unhealthy competition with fellow beings.

Listen to nature for at least a few moments every day. Find time to listen to your inner self.
Stop self-humiliation.

Love yourself. Be responsible for your health. Never indulge in anything that might hurt
your body and spirit.
Accept everything.

Such a heart will always be happy and healthy without medications 💗
