Take care of your lungs and stomach, and get rid of pills

Medicines won’t help sustain or improve the quality of life. 

Life energy is the only thing we need for our organ systems to work properly. Life energy is the all-preservative vital force flowing all over the body. Without life energy, our body becomes inanimate or lifeless. There should not be any dip in the capacity of life energy for the working of our internal organs. Life energy is maintained by eating good food and breathing pure air.
The lungs and stomach are the most important organs in our body. The life force replenishes its energy through two routes: the lungs and the stomach. Take care of your lungs and stomach; the rest of the organs will take care of themselves. Then there won’t be any disease. If these two organs work properly,
ly, other organs will work properly. It is very simple to take care of these two organs. You can get rid of the doctors, specialists, and hospitals.

Chewing/taste

Food is a source of energy. The quality of food is more important than the quantity of food. The quality is decided by the taste of the food. So the taste gives you the energy. The more you chew, the better the taste comes out of it. The taste gives you satisfaction, not the quantity. The energy that comes out of the tasty food after chewing is able to take care of your health.

Fresh Fruits or Food

Only take fresh foods that are tasty. It contains air, water, and nutrients essential for our lives. Intake of foods with an altered taste is harmful. Taking dry foods leads to chronic illnesses. Fresh fruits are the best food at all times for your health, not dried grains. Dry foods cause burning and inflammation in the stomach.
Intake of altered or dried foods causes gas formation and damage to the internal mucosal lining of the stomach. Slowly, it will develop into chronic ulcers. Only natural sweets are good for health. The best solution to all diseases is to eat fresh and sweet fruits (not sour ones).

For keeping your lungs healthy, pungent foods will help. Pungent tastes (e.g., cardamom, ginger, cloves, and onions) stimulate the lungs. Sneezing, runny nose, asthma, allergies, etc. can be relieved by a pungent taste.

Once you start feeling the burning sensation while taking food, you should stop eating immediately.  Always eat slowly after chewing and mixing the food with your saliva. Hasty eating leads to diseases. We should never fall prey to greed. We should be able to discriminate between our needs and desires. Need is not greed.

Life force (natural), medicines (artificial)

Natural force is always better. Never apply external force to our body or mind. Whenever we take anything that does not suit our health, we will get an alert message from our inner soul. We should always try to listen to and respect our inner voice, which always warns us against evil that is not good for us.
